Chad Rochester, P.E., is a second generation land development executive with more than a decade of experience in civil engineering, accompanied by expertise in master planned communities, infrastructure design, and hydrology and hydraulics. In addition to technical expertise and construction leadership, he delivers a strong focus on communication and stakeholder relations to drive effective project progression, proactively overcome challenges, and meet critical needs and deadlines.
As President of Rochester Development, Chad partners with land owners, developers and homebuilders to provide land development services. Delivering strategic insight and full-service project management across the land development lifecycle, he optimizes land identification, purchase, municipal creation, annexation, and contracts to mitigate risk while ensuring optimal return on investment.
